This is why I think Walmart has a huge marketing budget but is still relatively small in number. Because, at its core, Walmart is just a massive middle-man with many small suppliers and many small consumers. Even though Walmart does really good things, it still has limited resources to pursue new ideas and new markets. It is more likely to spend money on marketing than anything else.
