In the past, I have had a hard time hiring people who were in my marketing team. I tried to hire people who were great at SEO, but I could never quite find the right people. I tried to hire people who were great at social media marketing, but I could never find the right people.

That’s kind of the main problem I have with hiring people for my marketing team. It’s easy to hire people who do the exact same thing, but what they actually do is not what I want. In life, we tend to stick to the people that we know best.
